Dyanne Thorne plays the large jugged, SS commandant Ilsa - an insatiably horny, iron fisted tyrant, Nazi doctor with a relentless mean-streak. She inflicts horrible, experimental, surgical practices on female prisoners while hithering men to her quarters where she insists on being sexually gratified. If the lad is unable to perform adequately, she castrates him herself... Many men at the camp are lacking their full "manhood", as it seems. At a certain point, she becomes reliant on an American man who holds the ability of holding back his love explosion for as long as he wishes. He gains her trust with the intention of over-throwing the camp officials and breaking free.
