Either Uwe Boll is improving as a director or my standards are going down the drain, but I liked this movie. It takes place in some mythical land where Burt Reynolds is king and a guy by the name of Farmer (Jason Statham) can save the kingdom from the army of horrible looking trolls commanded by Ray Liotta.
There's one goofy scene that's out of FLASH GORDON, with Kristanna Locken as the leader of vine swinging forest women. It was also unnecessary to have John Rhys-Davies in it, as it just kept on reminding me that this is not LORD OF THE RINGS, so that kind of worked against the movie.
Still, this is up there with BLOODRAYNE in terms of Boll's best movies.
