At the beginning of the movie there's narration, in an English accent, about the Druids, a bloodthirsty cult, and how they may have survived through the ages. Then we jump to present day 1970-whatever, to a small U.S town where people are disappearing. It seems that a segment of the Druids are alive and well and trying to resurrect some sorceress of theirs. In order to do this they kidnap people and bleed them after infecting them with some amulet that makes them produce an extra amount of blood. Local doctors find out about this rapid blood regeneration and scratch their heads, trying to find a cure. Why? I guess they are really bored in the Midwest or something. The leader of the Druid cult wears a robe that has an inverted cross and talks about the 'uholy one', but the Druids pre-dated Christianity by thousands of years so that inverted cross is kind of silly. In addition to the truly moronic story there is abysmal acting, so bad it may give you a head freeze!
