The mutant killer baby problem has popped out again in this sequel. Honestly, 3 more have arrived and they are none too pretty. A couple about to have a child is warned by the father from the 1st film that they to will have a child bearing fangs and claws. He actually is trying to help them save the child from the evil clutches of the government, who kill these kids after they are born. To save the child, our hero has brought along some scientists that have set up a safe house to study these babies, even bringing a portable delivery room in the back of a truck for mothers-to-be. The action here deals with getting the couple and the mean ass kid to safety. The safe house turns into a death trap as the killer tykes escape and take out the only ones trying to help them. The ending is a tough one as father is forced to kill his own child. The babies look meaner the 2nd time around but are not shown on screen nearly enough. A decent sequel, but it should have been better and had more killer kids doing their thing.
