This film, about a disturbed man who seems to fantasize and wanna be a serial killer, takes an insightful look into the dark reachs of the human mind. Our boy here has some serious problems and twisted thoughts stemming from childhood trauma. He seems to really wanna kill, and does a lot of self-mutilation and day dreaming about knocking off those he feels deserve it. After meeting a woman who seems to offer love and some bit of normalcy to his life, he begins to slip further into his twisted thoughts. Killer Me doesn't deliver the gore or action, but it does give you some idea of the problems that cause a mind to spiral into insanity. The main character here seems to both wanna be a killer, yet not possess the balls to go through with it. He has several near murders, but never comes close. The scene of him cutting his own fingers with paper hurts to watch. Good movie, but needed more action. The mental aspects it explores are interesting though.
