This tale takes place in a mythical kingdom where humans are treated as second-class citizens. A villain named Dragoneye wants to find The Crucible, which is the source of this metal called Bloodsteel. With it he can save the life of his human looking son, who is in a coma. An oracle who is soon killed talks about four knights who will save the kingdom.
This was just okay. I think that no matter how ambitious a sword & sorcery movie is, it can only pale in comparison to THE LORD OF THE RINGS movies. Actor David James Elliott (J.A.G) looks as if he'd rather be any other place than this movie. Natassia Malthe (SKINWALKERS, VAMPIRE WARS) is an elf warrior. The makeup effects are good, though similar to too many other movies. And why does there always have to be elves, goblins and trolls now?
