Brian Pulido's Lady Death is a decent enough comic-book character, though I've always preferred his EVIL ERNIE comics. Anyways, this animated feature doesn't come anywhere near the artwork level of the comic. In fact, the sub-par animation was so distracting I had a difficult time making it through the movie.
