First, I don't believe this is the final chapter. Second, this is better than Parts 2 and 3. This time it's a female sheriff and an engineer who is building a big cable fence around the lake to keep the crocodiles from feeding on the locals. There are two lakes and they are to be kept in one of them because they are actually a very rare species. They grow faster than regular alligators and can deal with the cold temperatures. There's even a scene with dozens of baby alligators feeding on a swimmer like a school of piranhas. Also, the special effects are much better than the two previous sequels. Actor Sewell Whitney (Addicted to Murder) portrays the coach of a girls team who is devoured by one of the creatures in a b-movie way. While I can't entirely recommend this movie it is one of the better killer animal flicks I've seen this year...
