Mark Singer, perhaps longing for this BEASTMASTER role, portrays Lancelot, who, through the spell of an evil wizard portrayed by John Saxon, is catapulted through time to the 20th Century. Here, he has to prevent the kidnapped youth Arthur, before he pulls the sword from the Stone in the 20th Century, berefting ancient England of its fabled King and legend. Whew. On hand is Claudia Christian, a feminist who longs for the days when men were chivalrous to women, and her brother, a nerd who fantasizes about medieval times. They help him defeat the wizard and his evil minions and Claudia ends up going back in time to live with her love Lancelot. But whatever happened to Guinevere? A movie based on a legend that obviously knows very little about its source material.
