Monica Keena (JASON vs. FREDDY) keeps on getting phone calls from a killer after she dials the wrong number. He calls her back and likes to make her listen to the last sounds of his victims—and he's slowly making his way across the country to where she lives. The movie is mostly a variation on SORRY, WRONG NUMBER, then veers off in an entirely different direction.
