Private Investigator Harry D'Amour, played by Scott Bakula of Quantum Leap fame, has been called in to investigate an illusionist named Swann. Swann's next stage performance ends up being his last, as he is apparantly killed. Harry finds himself deep in the world of illusion as his investigation continues. He finds out that Swann was an apprentice of a cult magician who is being resurrected..and that Swann had even faked his own death. This is an interesting film in my opinion but not Clive Barker's best. Good rental for fans of suspense.
