A ten-year-old boy is sleepwalking in the woods and comes to a road. A truck, hauling a black market Tiger, swerves to avoid hitting him and crashes, freeing the big cat. The rest of the story is about the small town's sheriff (Gary Busey) trying to stop the animal as it continues to kill--and eat--the local populace.
The story is okay, though I thought it weird casting Busey in the lead role, as he's not the most photogenic actor. In fact, I think to make him seem "normal" and not stand out, the producers made sure to cast actors who were not more attractive than him.
