Also known as MASTER vs. THE ONE ARMED BOXER. This is the weakest of the 3 FLYING GUILLOTINE movies, primarily because the GUILLOTINE doesn't have a lot to do with the movie. An old blind master of the flying Guillotine is sent by his boss to slay the one-armed boxer, who is a teacher of a special type of kung fu. This guy can literally walk up walls and on ceilings. There are lots of fights during a contest scene-and later the one armed boxer is pitted against some of these winners. One of them is an Indian with a Turban, who fights in 'Praying Mantis' style. When he fights his arms become really long (like ten feet!), which is extremely creepy looking. It reminded me of that scene in the first NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET where Freddy is walking down the dark alley with these long ass arms.Anyways, the one-armed boxer and the master eventually fight and the boxer wins.
