Another Matt Jaissle (LEGION OF THE NIGHT) directed fiasco, this film looks slightly more competent than the shot on Super 8mm BACK FROM HELL (Home Video 1997) but comes off like a desperate attempt to cash in on the X-FILE's popularity while throwing in as much needless gore as possible.
