Never Cry Werewolf (2008)

Although I enjoyed this werewolf movie it's a blatant remake of FRIGHT NIGHT. A guy who is a werewolf moves into the house next door and the girl living there suspects he's a werewolf after she sees him with a prostitute from her bedroom window--and that woman is reported dead the next day. But the werewolf has plans for her, as she looks exactly like his lost love whose picture he keeps in a pocket watch (just as in Fright Night, Charlie's girlfriend looked just like the vampire's old love). She even has a nerdy friend who is in the "Evil Ed" part and he gets transformed into a half-werewolf creature. Kevin Sorbo (HERCULES, ANDROMEDA) is a tv game hunter who gets sucked into helping, the "Roddy McDowell" character presented here as another actor who has to really do what he portrays on film. It's an entertaining movie and worth checking out but I'd re-watch FRIGHT NIGHT first. » Search Database for Never Cry Werewolf (2008) Seen it?
