This one had a lot of potential, but fell a little short to me. The plot was cool & had a lot of cool ideas, it just didn't quite have enough of that speacial something to make it rise above. Still, it's watchable for the ideas it tried to go with. Was funny watching the new wave 80's punk people try & dance around (i don't rememeber people dressing this shitty in the early 80's). I liked the time zone killing scenarios. I only wish that it had been a little more violent I guess. That's my main gripe with New Year's Evil. On the plus side, it did have very nice box art, hehehehe! That's the most important thing right? If you've got 85 minutes or so to kill, you could do worse (or better) & if you need a new one to say you've seen, then what the hell.
