I got fooled on this film as I had hoped to see another cool killer fish film. Instead, I was treated to a goofy assed wanna be espionage flick. Yes, it did have some shark attacks and a little blood in the water from time to time, but it just didn't have that certain feel to it. The focus was on the dumbass bumbling plot and Treat Williams as a loser beach bum. Antonio Fargas is the only thing good in this movie as he plays a slick island goer that's always on the look out for a fast buck. It was strange not seeing him as a pimp or a jive ass that he normally plays. We have here a film for shark movie completeists and Fargas fans only.
