A female Nazi hunter, Lena, tracks down a former German General at an old folks home in Paraguay. She tortures him for information and he ends up dying of a heart attack. But she gets some of the information she needs, to track down a guy named Klausener, who has created a new technology that makes soldiers indestructible. It also makes them a sort of zombie. She joins a colleague, Wallace (Richard Coyle of Strange TV series). He's interested in finding out the source of the spreading magnetic field is--it's this electrical area that makes the zombies possible. But he has his own agenda, which becomes evident at the end of the movie. The final confrontation, in which they try to shut the machine off, takes place in an underground bunker filled with the undead.
The movie is somewhat slow-paced but the Nazi zombies are creepy and effective. If you enjoyed the first Outpost you should enjoy this sequel.
