Bill Gardener (Nicholas Lea of X-Files) is the lone survivor of the original Philadelphia Experiment from 1943, which was to create a cloaking device to make ship invisible. In the present, weird time disruptions begin happening. Gardener returns to his home and meets up with his granddaughter, Molly (Emily Ullerup of Sanctuary). There's also shady government agents that want to keep this experiment secret.
This is an odd remake of the 1980's movie. Michael Pare, who was the lead in the original, is in this, though not to portray the character he established. Now, he's the bad guy, Hagan. I mean, if you have Michael Pare in the movie why not just do a second sequel to the original? It's stupid not to.
