This movie is just okay, exactly what you think it will be and nothing more. Johnny Depp portrays Captain Jack Sparrow, a down-on-his luck pirate who had formerly commanded a ship called The Black Pearl. But his crew mutinied and stranded him on an island. Years later he encounters them again-and the entire crew is cursed from having taken a chest full of Aztec cold. They are not quite living, not quite dead. When the light of the full moon falls upon them they become these skeletons, which is a very cool special effect. There's also a side story about the Governor's daughter who is in love with a blacksmith. The captain of the Black Pearl kidnaps her and things she will help unlock the curse. It's up to Sparrow and the Blacksmith to save her. I'm sure you can already figure out what's going to happen so I won't even continue about the storyline. As I said, the best thing about PIRATES are those special effects of the walking dead.
