An eighteen year old Amber (Courtney Hope) desperately wants to move away from her small town. But the lease to her new apartment may go to someone else unless she puts down the payment within twenty hours. So a group of her friends drive her there, only the car craps out. They do get a ride from a seemingly nice truck driver who is going in that direction. However, he takes them to an old warehouse. What's there? Creatures, like vampires, that prey on humans. And the friends are hunted down one by one until there's only one left.
This is a very dark, intense movie, making good use of the few locations and the typical scenario of a group of young people being systematically slaughtered. These vampires are definitely the "30 DAYS OF NIGHT" variety, more like animals than people. Recommended.
