Lame, lame, lame installment of the PUPPET MASTER series that's basically a 'best of' clips movie, utilizing footage from the other PM features. There's a new wraparound story (probably 10 minutes of the 70 minute movie) that's done very poorly: A woman mercenary breaks into the Puppet Master's old house, where one of his proteges is working with the puppets. She wants to find the secret of reanimation (and eternal life), he doesn't want to give it to her. While they talk about the history, the movie goes to the various flashbacks and scenes from the other movies. The biggest problem is that there are so many discrepancies between the movies that this half-ass attempt doesn't even attempt to adequately bridge them, much less make sense of the whole storyline.Even if you've enjoyed previous PUPPET MASTER movies I'm fairly certain you will hate this one.
