A famous crime writer, Luke Sinclair (Chris Sarandon), goes on retreat to a secluded Maine hotel to battle his writer's block and finish his newest thriller. His writing is interrupted, however, when a serial killer starts duplicating the killings from his previous novel, THE REAPER. Of course, the local police, led by Detective Sony Lehrman (Catherine Mary Stewart) want his help to 'enter the killer's mind' and help stop the killings. But he may be much much closer to the killings than anyone thinks. A decent enough serial-killer movie. Directed by John Bradshaw.
