In the one-hour pilot of this supernatural television series, two doctors, Charlie Harris (Michael Shanks of STARGATE) and Alex Reid (Erica Durance of SMALLVILLE), are in a cab, on their way to get married. A car hits them and he soon goes into a deep coma. However, he's able to see all of this as his spirit is out of his body--and he witnesses what his fiance and others are doing in the hospital. There's a new surgeon who has arrived and he has a history with Dr. Reid, which I'm sure will complicate future episodes. I found this all rather boring-- it's E.R crossed with A GIFTED MAN. The supernatural aspect seems thrown in there and the show would probably work better if there wasn't a ghost.
