King Mathayus (Victor Webster of MUTANT X, CONTINUUM) has lost his kingdom, his sorceress wife is dead and he's now a mercenary. He's hired by King Horus (Ron Perlman), the most powerful person in the land, to stop his brother Talus (Billy Zane). He and another fighter are sent to stop him. Talus summons supernatural warriors and there's lots of Sword and Sandal type fighting. As with the last UNIVERSAL SOLDIER sequel, this is completely needless--even the decent cast can't salvage this incredibly boring movie. This is the polar opposite of the first SCORPION KING. Don't waste your time even thinking of watching this.
