This is a decent documentary centering on legendary make-up artist Tom Savini that respectably covers his involvement in the creature/gore business up until that time, '86. Not a whole lot to talk about here, since Savini is more than a MAJOR household name among horror fans at this point. Released by Fangoria Magazine and clocking in at about an hour in length - "Scream Greats: Vol. 1" features interviews with George A. Romero, Greg Nicotero and Savini, himself. Plenty of movie clips (Dawn/Day of the Dead, The Burning, Knightriders, etc), a look inside his studio and a little insight into his childhood, Vietnam days, and early inspirations - namely Lon Chaney Sr. Definitely worth a look for genre fans...
