This throwback to 80's Slasher movies is much better than I expected it to be. First, it gives a good reason why all these teenagers are in this old, abandoned building wandering around-they are working off prison sentences by help restoring an old landmark. Unfortunately it's inhabited by an insane albino looking killer who has a hole in his head from a previous encounter with a cop, who ironically is the man in charge of the "inmates". Rather than using blades on his fingers or a machete, this killer primarily uses a hook attached to a chain and drags his victims back to his lair. There are black and white flashbacks to his abusive childhood, the source of his present day malfunction and desire to kill. Once he captures someone he plucks out their eyes and plops them in a jar, hence the title "See No Evil".
Wrestler Kane is perfect in this role, conveying a surprising amount of emotion from his expressions. I can see him doing a lot of these types of movies.
