An archeologist (Gina Philips), uncovering the site of a plague building in London, unleashes the evil spirits it's kept locked up after she literally digs too deep. After her site is closed and she's forbidden to go back there by her professor, she sneaks in, just in time for a group of car-stealing punks to take refuge in the same building after they're in a car accident. The car accident was caused by the ghosts that live in the building.
The movie has a great location and production value to it, I just wasn't much interested in the story or the characters.
