An office worker who looks an awful lot like Pee Wee Herman discovers that one of his co-workers has telekinetic abilities. He's obsessed with superheroes and thinks he can turn this guy into such a hero. However, things don't turn out as he intended--and the guy ends up becoming a super-villain.
This movie sinks because of the performance of the Pee Wee Herman look-a-like, who is a bad actor. However, the script is so uninspired and flat that I don't think anything would have helped this mediocre endeavor be better than what it is--entirely forgettable.
