This seems like an Albert Pyun movie, minus the large-muscled women. In the 21st Century a captain by the name of Joe Brody (Michael Pare') is sent down to Earth from the moon colony (which has the cheapest looking sets I've ever seen) in order to recover a stolen chemical. This chemical, once dispersed, will regenerate the plant-life on Earth and make it livable again.Instead of finding savages living on this barren planet, as he was told to believe by his people, he finds peaceful farming communities. There are also these 'Motorcycle Pirates' who look like refugees from the last Road Warrior movie. He ends up helping the community defend itself against the maruaders. Along the way he falls in love with a beautiful young woman (Walker Brandt). She isn't quite what Brody expected her to be.Brody finds out that the moon colony he comes from are 'the bad guys' and that they want the chemical compound back in order to add a virus to it. Once all this is dispersed it will not only bring back all the greenery but kill all the existing humans with a virus. Then, once everything is clear, the moon people will take over the planet. So Brody helps the natives launch the device themselves.SOLAR FORCE is about a generic post-apocalyptic movie you can get, sort of a poor man's WORLD GONE WILD or ROAD WARRIOR.
