This third TALES FROM THE CRYPT movie is actually a a remake of "I WALKED WITH A ZOMBIE". Jennifer Grey (Ferris Bueller's sister) portrays a doctor who has lost her license and takes a job in the Bahamas to care for a young man with a fatal illness. However, he seems to believe that his illness is caused by voodoo. The doctor befriends a young native woman who lives on the old plantation grounds-and this friend may be more than what she seems to be. As voodoo movies go this is a decent one. As a TALES FROM THE CRYPT movie it falls between the highly entertaining DEMON KNIGHT and the abysmal BORDELLO OF BLOOD.
