Begins in the old west, with a gun man walking into town about to confront a guy sitting in the saloon, when he's attacked by a woman who rips out his neck. A vampire, we presume. Then, in present day, a family moves into a new house. It has the usual stock of characters--the father who is recently re-married with a new baby on the way, a teenaged daughter who is rebelling, et cetera. It's all very boring. I tuned into this primarily because it stars Doug Bradley (HELLRAISER). But he's miscast. Give me the latest WRONG TURN or HELLRAISER movie any day. Also known as "A VAMPIRE'S TALE".
