This is the first time I've ever seen an action movie completely devoid of action. A violent militia, unlikely led by the cruel and sadistic Badger, a tall blonde with several chips on her shoulders, intends on blowing up a government building for their cause. Three secretaries are caught in the middle and are taken to their compound for their military maneuvers. Yet, once they discover the plot to blow up the building they reveal their true identities-as highly trained FBI agents! There's a few kicks, a couple of punches and that's about it.
