Five hundred years ago the King of the Vampires, Raven, was killed. As he was dying, he said he'd be reincarnated as a human. Then, when this human was made into a vampire he'd regain all his memories. Now, five hundred years later, two of the King's followers, among the last vampires, have found him--- and it's Carmen, a very effeminate gay guy. Which causes some problems for them all. Once Carmen becomes a vampire he does regain his old memories--but he's an entirely different person now. And when his best friend, Tracey (Dreama Walker) is attacked and raped, he goes after the guy and kills him.
This is one of the more original vampire movies I've seen in a while. I'd classify it as a "dark comedy".
