J.R. Bookwalter returns to digital video and a quick shoot in his last Full Moon movie for Charles Band. The story deals with three ladies experimenting with ouija boards and witchcraft and strange occurrences that begin to happen after they videotape their little midnight seance. Is one of the gals pulling a trick on the others? Is the estranged boyfriend of one of the girls doing this for retribution? The ending has a neat twist, and I really liked it, although it does borrow heavily from John Bowker's EVILMAKER.This movie is slick and well-shot, Bookwalter's directed enough of these things to know how to keep the story and pace moving along at a good clip. The real treat is seeing three great scream queens together in one movie: Tina Krause, Debbie Rochon, and Brinke Stevens. All do an excellent job in their roles and that alone is worth the price of this disc.If you're into witchcraft themes, pretty girls, and a dvd with a TON of extras, check this one out. It's not bad.
