Tim Allen portrays a retired superhero who is recruited to head up a new government team in order to stop an impending attack by a super-villain, who just happens to be his brother. The members of this team, however, are all kids and teenagers, ranging from a guy who is like a chameleon to a fat boy who can blow up (as in inflate) various parts of his body. Courtney Cox-Arquette (MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE, SCREAM trilogy) is also on hand as a scientist who may have a superpower of her own.
