One silly, funny big monster flick that screams drive-in fun from days gone by. I love that silly looking flipperasaurus flopping around and terrorizing the goofballs in this movie. The monster is well done, but about as scary as Dumbos' mom. I will say that it can throw hay bails like there's no tomorrow. The funniest scenes to me were the couple left in horrid shock by the creature and can't speak after the encounter & the two lame brain boat renters that steal the show. Like I mentioned earlier, this thing is hokey, but retains a sorta special charm. Don't be to scared while watching, I know the film frightened me to no end. Enjoy this drive-in turkey from the 70's with as much booze as possible for maximum impact.
