They all end up in a tropical valley area after nearly killed by plummeting from a cliff. Here, there is a large herd of diplodocus. Although these are among the most massive creatures to walk the face of the earth, they can't even compete with a huge tsunami had comes hurtling at them from the ocean. It decimates them, though the one Allosaur and the Ceratosaurs survive--and continue to play a cat-and-mouse came with one another.
This definitely has the same them as the first book, TRIBAL WARFARE, with these creatures having very clear emotions and desires. Recommended.
