Richard Laymon's classick book of beastial lust, slaughter, and a murderous tourist attraction with a hugely fucked up past, present, and future is simply a must have! This is some good shit I'm telling you, so get a copy from somewhere. Try Ebay or something, I don't know. The book revolves around the Beat House, a tourist attraction in a small town that is both infamous and deadly. People tour the house by day as the current owner is using it to make money, but no one goes in at night and lives. You see at night, the Beast stalks the house, searching for blood and so much more! This novel is so sick and twisted; at times you might feel guilty for having so much fun reading it. There are human beasts in this thing also, just as sick and horrible as the beast itself. The way this book unravels is nothing short of brilliant. Wait until you learn the secret of the Beast House, you may wish you never had! The Cellar shows why Laymon will always be the real deal and should be given his due finally in the U.S. The ending will leave you in shock and revulsion, so get to reading.
