At a college campus basically created for spoiled rich kids who don't want to study there are some strange goings on. Female students are being abducted by these strange, cloaked women who seem to be vampires, and some of the teachers seem to be in on the kidnappings. And the girls' bones are removed, leaving them floundering around like big jellyfish. Why? Also, a trio of guys who hang out together are affected by this, when one of tem disappears. He returns, but is changed, basically a zombie slave to something called the Supremate. He's responsible for cleaning up after those vampire women and securing women that the Supremate wants him to get. Why? Later, when this servant is killed, another of the friends is changed-and he takes out revenge on a girlfriend who dumped him weeks before, amongst his other duties. The last guy remaining discovers that all this weirdness is coming from 'the grove', an area of the nearby woods that's been changed. It has transformed into something out of H.P. Lovecraft, with fleshy trees dripping slime, gilled snakes, giant mushrooms with human faces and fist sized spiders climbing the vegetation. In the midst of this is what looks like an upended coffin. What this is, is an entrance to an extradimensional spacecraft. It seems that the Supremate is the leader and is trying to create slave species by hybridizing humans with other aliens he's captured. But in order to make this possible he has to change the women a bit, hence the removal of their bones. There are some truly disgusting scenes here and the amalgamation of ideas and genres works fairly well. Written by Ed Lee.
