At first, I was "This is Doctor Spektor?" Instead of the Dr. Strange-like, mysterious investigator of the supernatural, we have a reality star who broadcasts his mystical cases on television. The first is against a vampire--and he uses a satellite to fry the bloodsucker. But as I read it, I liked it more--and it does tie into the original Donald Glut/Gold Key comics (as does Magnus, Turok and Doctor Solar!). By the end of the book I was anxiously awaiting the next volume. Highly recommended.
