By Larry Hama, R.A. Salvatore
This new horror comic refers to both the army guys and the monsters they hunt. The hero is Zach Ramirez, who one of the lucky .001% of the population that's immune to the lycanthropy virus, which is a benefit in his line of work, particularly when he's hunting down werewolves. He's a member of the DOSD (The United States Department of Supernatural Defense) There's also a powerful vampire named Vlad, who is probably "you know who", Frankenstein-monster like-creatures and the spirit of a headless civil war general resurrected by a witch. So there's a lot going on, which makes the story interesting with the familiar monsters. I particularly like how the werewolves are depicted (Great cover!). Recommended.
