Author: Arthur C. Clarke & Stephen BaxterIn the year 2037 the Earth's timelines are mixed up, as if it were a giant jigsaw puzzle. This is visibly apparent when there are section of green jungles in the desert or huge chunks of ice in the middle of where, from where there were glaciers. Aliens called the Firstborns are responsible but why they've done this goes unanswered. The only aspect of their presence are these hovering glowing gold balls that may be some type of camera or 'eye' from which they can observe their work.A small group of people from the year 2037, which include survivors from the International Space Station and some United Nations Peacekeepers, find themselves in the middle of a war between Alexander the Great's army and the Mongol horde of Genghis KhanTIME'S EYE is an intriguing time-travel tale, filled with historical fact, action and adventure, though it ends on a completely open note, as this is 'Book One of a Time Odyssey'.
