Abigail Fury and Nathan Washington find themselves in the middle of this mayhem after their car breaks down en route to visit family in the mountains. Through the course of their journey, they stumble across a religious cult who murders Nathan right before Abigail's eyes. Soon Abigail finds herself prisoner to Elijah the leader of a murderous cult and his four brainwashed disciples who viciously torture, rape and corrupt her mind in the name of God. Before all is lost Abigail breaks loose and begins a rampage of bloody revenge at which no disciple is safe.
