The Hills Have Eyes II (2007)

A team of trainees of the National Guard brings supply to the New Mexico Desert for a group of soldiers and scientists that are installing a monitoring system in Sector 16. They do not find anybody in the camp, and they receive a blurred distress signal from the hills. Their sergeant gathers a rescue team, and they are attacked and trapped by deformed cannibals, having to fight to survive.

This is the fourth film to bear the title of "The Hills Have Eyes," preceded by the original 1977 version, The Hills Have Eyes (1977), its 1985 sequel, The Hills Have Eyes Part II (1985), and the 2006 remake The Hills Have Eyes (2006).
Wes Craven, the writer and director of the original 1977 version, wrote the screenplay for the sequel to the 2006 remake of The Hills Have Eyes (2006) along with his son, filmmaker Jonathan Craven.
Michael Bailey Smith who played Papa Hades also played Pluto in The Hills Have Eyes (2006). Pluto is the Roman name for the Greek god of the Underworld, Hades.
