March 2009 - Dark Ride
Yo, buried.com readers! So, I feel like an awful lil vamp takin' like 3 years to watch my friend's horror/thriller DARK RIDE! Robert Dean Klein is a cutie patootie, talented writer (and, a native New Yorker...hellooooo! :) with lotsa writing credits, including THE THACKER CASE and DEAD DOGS LIE. Robert often works hand in hand with writer/director Craig Singer (one of my new faves after DARK RIDE!). OMV (OH MY VAMPIRE)! These boys did a badass job on this one! And, OMV! Freakin' Jamie-Lynn Sigler is the star...um...Meadow Soprano...hellooooo! I mean, my kinda girl (and, we don't tawk funny!). And, she's HOT! I'm lovin' DARK RIDE...it's one you can really "sink your teeth into" ;) Check it out:
"A decade has nearly passed since psychopath Jonah brutally murdered two teenage girls. Now, after nearly 10 years of being incarcerated in a mental institute, Jonah has somehow escaped and has returned to his turf - an amusement park attraction named "Dark Ride". Unknowingly, a group of six friends on their way to a road trip and have just boarded the ride, unaware of the deadly plans Jonah has for them. This ride is the last one they're ever gonna take..."
