May 2010 - Don't Look In The Basement
Yo, buried.com readers! OMV (OH MY VAMPIRE)! In honor of Texas Frightmare Weekend and the announcement of the Josh Vargas, Parrish Randall and Burton Bailey DON'T LOOK IN THE BASEMENT remake in Texas, I wanna bite on S.F. Brownrigg's cult classic DON'T LOOK IN THE BASEMENT. I loved this movie in 1973 and I love it even more now. I think I went to the premiere...remember, I am 110! :) I gotta say, I don't know how that Dr. Masters and Nurse Charlotte tended to all those crazies at the Stephens Asylum, but then again, Ms. Vampy deals with crazies in Hollywood every day! The thing I love about this flick the most is the story and the chills. Youse know how much chills turn Ms. Vampy on! If the remake is as good as the original, Josh, Parrish and Burton betta watch out cause Ms. Vampy is puttin' on her spiked heels cowboy boots and flyin' out for their Texas blood!
