Clyde is a young man with some emotional problems. He gets hired by his step-father to watch a friend of theirs. She lives in New York City, in a huge apartment, and had a male roommate who hung himself. He gets there and she's drugged out and traumatized. We find out she had a relationship with him--and Clyde also discovers he may have committed a murder, as there are various photos in the apartment of a recently slain girl. Clyde has some weird interactions with guys who live in the apartment building and even beats one of them up because he's jealous of the girl he's watching. Clyde has some weird flash-forwards of these events, which are just strange--and I think they were done in editing just to make the story more interesting. There are even some cameos by great actors such as John Savage and Natasha Lyonne, all to no avail. This is an excruciating and boring movie that markets itself as a thriller/horror movie but is just a drawn out badly directed and written angst filled meandering drama.
