Mankind is in danger of becoming extinct as the result of a war between two alien races who are fighting for control over Earth. The aliens are using the humans to fight their war for them. They have also turned humans against each other to let them wipe themselves off the face of the planet. A tabloid reporter who is investigating UFO sightings unwittingly gets involved and later becomes an intricate part of an underground organization that is trying to prevent the takeover. the lot is very well developed and comes through nicely on the screen. It is easy to get caught up in the storyline and in the lives of the characters. Debbie Rochon does a great job playing the reporter (she even wears a Spooky World t-shirt once) and Joel Wynkoop does well as Cope Ransom, some special forces type guy sent on a mission against the aliens (no over acting). He even did a little Martial Arts fight scene, who knew? This is the first movie that I have seen in The Alien Agenda series, but it was put together nicely enough for me to want to see the rest. Brimstone Productions has mixed all of the elements of a good movie together, good writing, good acting, good effects (even some stop motion stuff by Campisi) and came up with a great horror/sci-fi/mystery indy concoction.
