The movie everyone mentions when asked about a sequel being better than the original. Might be true, but you'd have no sequel without the original, so it's dumb to ponder. We've all seen this bitch a hundred times so what else needs to be said? I always enjoyed watching the tough soldiers break down into ass-whipped whiners. That little Vasquez chica was one hot tamale. More monsters equals more fun in my book, and we get plenty of 'em here. Aliens is tense, suspenseful, and filled with great imagery. The claustrophobic atmosphere makes for a perfect setting for this story. The FX are top notch and when the aliens finally peel their asses off that wall and ceiling to attack the troops, you know it's game on! A truly unforgettable movie experience, filled with action and fun. James Cameron combines the best parts of a war movie, an action romp, and sci-fi horror to give us a true classic. The creatures still rule when it comes to alien monsters in my opinion. Does anyone not like this film? I didn't think so.
